1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Texas UIL A+ (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
2. License
Cyquila grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes.
3. Educational content & UIL
The App is an independent study aid to help students practice for academic competitions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the University Interscholastic League (UIL) or any school. “UIL” and related marks belong to their respective owners. Practice questions and materials are provided for educational use; verify official rules and materials with UIL.
4. Third-party services
The App may embed or link to third-party content (for example, Spotify and uiltexas.org). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content.
5. No warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the App is error-free or that content is complete or accurate. Practice results don’t guarantee competition outcomes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyquila is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
